Ingredients
  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup cooked Butternut Squash
  3. 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter or Nut/Seed Butter of your choice (Sunflower Seed Butter pictured)
  4. 1/2 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract (optional)
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together using an immersion blender.
  2. Pour batter into a greased, heated frying pan ( I use coconut oil, butter or ghee).
  3. Top with butter or ghee, raw honey (optional) and cinnamon.
