Grilled lime coriander chicken, Low FODMAP

A simple and delicious poultry dish
Ingredients
- 6 organic chicken thighs
- juice of 1 lime
- grated rind of 1 lime
- sea salt
- 1-2 tsp coriander
- 1-2 tsp cumin
- cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken into dish and generously salt both sides of the meat. Add all of the other ingredients and let sit for a few hours or up to 24 hours. Grill chicken and enjoy!
