Ingredients
  1. 6 organic chicken thighs
  2. juice of 1 lime
  3. grated rind of 1 lime
  4. sea salt
  5. 1-2 tsp coriander
  6. 1-2 tsp cumin
  7. cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place chicken into dish and generously salt both sides of the meat. Add all of the other ingredients and let sit for a few hours or up to 24 hours. Grill chicken and enjoy!
