Raw kale salad

- 1 Bunch of fresh, organic kale (red Russian is ideal)
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs hemp seeds
- Remove the spines of the kale and finely chop
- Drizzle with olive oil until lightly coated
- Add sea salt lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds
- Toss and enjoy!
