As a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Health Coach, I work in partnership with you to address the root causes of your health concerns so that you can begin to feel better. In order to do that, I aim to address the terrain in which your symptoms exist. I want to help you shift that terrain so that your body is a place that is no longer hospitable for your symptoms to persist.

I take into account three roots, your genetics, inflammation and digestion, to shift the terrain that affects your symptoms or “branches”, I focus first on clearing any foods or lifestyle practices that might be contributing to inflammation or digestive distress, then calming the system through diet, lifestyle and sometimes supplement use. Finally, I address potential nutrient deficiencies, working first with food and then supplements if necessary. I take care to ensure these changes are made at a pace that is sustainable for you.

Through a systematic approach, I take a deep look at your health history, diet, lifestyle and physiology. I recognize that all things matter, we are all unique and everything is connected. Subsequent Nutrition Counseling sessions are crucial for determining and addressing underlying causes so that we’re not just chasing symptoms, and so that we can unlock an evolving protocol that gets you feeling better!

Functional Nutrition Counseling includes:

  • An intake sessionto get an understanding of your unique body

  • A review of your labs from a functional (or optimal) range

  • Two, 45-60 minute individualized sessions per month where you will walk away with 1-3 actionable recommendations to practice between sessions

  • Email and/or text support in between sessions

  • Simple and informative handouts, recipes, food samples and/or practices to help you attain your wellness goals

Functional Nutrition & Health Coaching

$95 per session for longer term counseling (usually 2 sessions per month for a minimum of 3 months)

$100 per session for intermittent counseling (usually once every few months)

$110 for stand alone lab review consultation
